The Vision
Founded as an OEM/ODM Central Hub
IVEO Group was established with a single, clear purpose — to become one of the UK's most trusted OEM/ODM operators, importers, wholesalers and distributors. As the central hub for OEM and ODM production, we identified a gap in the market for a B2B partner that could manage the full supply chain: factory sourcing, custom product development, global importing, and efficient UK distribution — all under one roof.
The Foundation
Building a Trusted Supply Chain
We focused on getting the fundamentals right — forging direct relationships with manufacturers and trading companies across Asia and Europe, establishing robust quality control processes, and building a logistics infrastructure capable of handling consignments of any size. We invested in our own fleet of vehicles and developed a warehousing and storage operation built around care, compliance and efficiency.
Our Brands
Building a Portfolio of Specialist Brands
As our distribution network matured, we launched dedicated brands across key sectors. ecolux ENGLAND is our LED lighting brand — a comprehensive range of energy-efficient products for commercial and industrial applications. MetaLED covers specialist LED solutions including high-resolution media screens and digital signage. A forthcoming fire detection brand is currently in development. Every brand is manufactured, imported and distributed through the IVEO Group supply chain.
