IVEO Group is the parent company and central OEM/ODM hub operating multiple brands including ecolux ENGLAND and MetaLED. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to IVEO Group.

2. B2B Accounts & Eligibility

Our website and products are intended for business customers only (B2B). By registering for an account, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer.

• You must complete a partner application to access pricing and place orders.
• Account approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

3. Orders & Purchase Orders

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.

• Purchase orders are generated in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Order quantities are subject to stock availability.
• Prices displayed are per carton and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the applicable UK rate.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

• Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
• We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any damage or shortages within 48 hours.
• Title in the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.

6. Returns & Cancellations

As a B2B supplier, consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Returns are accepted at our discretion and subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• A restocking fee may apply.
• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Full details are available on our Warranty page. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and are subject to inspection.

8. Intellectual Property
